XRivals Personal Data Consent Form

I have read the “XRivals Personal Data Processing Information Notice” regarding the processing of my personal data shared with XRivals as a data controller. I have been adequately and comprehensively informed.

I explicitly consent to the processing of my personal data by XRivals and/or its affiliated centers and units in accordance with the purposes specified in the Information Notice, as well as in compliance with the general principles outlined in Article 4 and the personal data processing conditions stated in Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). I also consent to the transfer of my data to authorized individuals and organizations, subsidiaries, subcontractors, suppliers, business partners, and entities providing services or collaborating with XRivals both domestically and internationally, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.

International Compliance Additions

International Data Transfer
My personal data may be transferred to business partners, subsidiaries, suppliers, and authorized public institutions in the European Union (EU) and other countries, only on valid legal grounds, in compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations. I acknowledge that data transfers will be securely carried out.

Additional Rights of Data Subjects
As a data subject, in addition to the rights provided by KVKK, I am entitled to the following rights under GDPR:

  • Right to know whether my data is processed abroad

  • Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR)

  • Right to object to automated decision-making and profiling (Article 22 GDPR)

  • Right to object to data processing (Article 21 GDPR)

  • Right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

Data Retention Period
My personal data will be stored only as long as necessary for processing purposes. After this period, the data will be deleted, anonymized, or destroyed in compliance with KVKK and GDPR.
